Founder & CEO
Graduated with a Master's Degree in Business Law and Entrepreneurship (CPME - UCL) and after the development of two meaningful projects, Wauthier decided to assemble a multidisciplinary team in order to make the Enso project a reality. He puts his skills at the service of the business development and legal aspects of the company. As CEO, he is the guarantor of an ambitious and coherent strategic vision and is responsible for the day-to-day management of Enso's activities.
Maxime Roberti
Founder & CTO
Maxime holds a Master's Degree in Business Engineering and Entrepreneurship (CPME - UCL) and developed his soft skills in consulting before completing an intensive web development training. After the creation and coding of his first web platform, he joined the adventure to create Enso. He puts his skills at the service of the company's business and technological development. As CTO, he is the guarantor of Enso's digital strategy and development.
Emmanuel Nonet
Founder & COO
As Industrial Engineer in construction and civil engineering, Emmanuel has risen through the ranks at the construction company Nonet, where he worked for 11 years. He held the positions of Technical Director and Managing Director. He brings his experience as director (Nonet SA and Argibat) and as a self-employed person in waste value enhancement. As COO, Emmanuel is responsible for customer contact and operational management of Enso's activities.
Pierre De Muelenaere
Founder & President
As a Civil Engineer and Doctor of Applied Sciences, Pierre has become a successful entrepreneur who has been through all stages of a company's development (IRIS Group). His competences as director and manager have led him to lead the boards of directors of many companies (EVS, Pairi Daiza, Proximus, Guberna). He wishes to pass on his experience (coach Yncubator) and invests in environmental and sustainable projects. As Chairman of the Board, Pierre ensures its good governance and brings all the richness of his background and personality.
Vincent Werbrouck
Founder & partner
With a Master's degree in Civil Engineering and an Executive Master's Degree in Management, Vincent held various positions (General Manager in North America, Chief Sales & Marketing Officer and Chief Innovation Officer) within the Magotteaux group for 14 years. He shares his knowledge and network acquired as a manager (Magotteaux) and administrator (EVS, Pairi Daiza, Sapristic) in the industrial and technological world. He has a desire to pass on his experience (coach Yncubator) and invests in environmental and sustainable projects.
